1. The purpose of this research project is to get our British Columbia Provincial Government to except the fact of real life issue of understanding about insulin pump, and the usage of persons with diabetes. This is for people who have to wear their entire life. You are invited to participate in this research project because you wear an insulin pump.

Your participation be a factor in the decision of our BC Provincial Government and the individual with CDA, and others who are willing to make a difference. You may choose not to participate or you may withdraw at any time. You will not be penalized if you decide not to participate or to withdraw at any time.

This will take about 10 minutes. All data is stored in a password protected electronic format.
